REGISTRATION & BID NUMBER ACCEPTANCE: By registering and accepting a bid number online or at auction site, the bidder acknowledges they have received, read, understand, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the auction posted online or at auction site. ON SITE BIDDERS: Photo ID will be required for bidder registration. If you are sales tax exempt, a current license will be required. ONLINE BIDDERS: Your credit card number will be retained and charged for your purchases when you sign up for a bidder number. By clicking the accept button online, you enter into a binding legal agreement with Smith & Company Auction & Realty, Inc. Bidder acknowledges and understands that internet service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Smith & Company Auction & Realty, Inc. or anyone else if their internet service fails to work correctly before or during the auction. BIDDING INCREMENTS: Pre-bidding increments are set in auction program for pre-bidding. Once the live bidding/simulcast auction begins auction day the increments are determined by the live auctioneer on site. PAYMENT: Payment is due in full on auction day. BUYERS PREMIUM: A 3% buyer's premium will be added to the total receipt amount for all Online Internet purchases. ITEM PICK-UP: Items must be paid in full prior to pick-up.
